Men from the Lagos state police command have arrested an 18-year-old man for reportedly having two stolen phones and a locally made handgun.
The young man was arrested during a stop and search exercise by a patrol unit from the Layeni division, according to SP Benjamin Hundeyin, a spokesman for the state police headquarters.
Similar to this, Hundeyin said that Orile Division cops had detained 34-year-old David at a bus stop. He was discovered during a search to have a locally made gun and two live rounds.
A patrol team from Layeni Division stopped this eighteen-year old young man while riding on a motorcycle.
He was searched and this locally fabricated firearm and two stolen phones were found on him.
