Lekki deep seaport about 80% completed VIDEO – Rotimi Amaechi

There are expectations that the much-talked about Lekki Deep Seaport will soon be completed. According to the Minister of Transport, Mr Rotimi Amaechi, who paid a visit to the site today. He disclosed this via his twitter handle, @ChibuikeAmaechi.

He said, “I was at the Lekki deep seaport this morning. The Port construction is about 80% completed. The last time I visited, the Quay wall was not visible, just the breakwaters. But today the top level of the Quay wall is almost ready.”

He went further to reveal that he is targeting the completion to be by the end of this year, 2022 he also revealed that the seaport will be automated, when operational and the bulk of documentation would be efficiently done online
