Joe Igbokwe has Reacted To Sen Abaribe’s Statement On IPOB’s Sit-At-Home Order In South East Region. It was recently reported that the senator representing Abia South Senatorial Zone, who is also the Senate Minority Leader, Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe cried out, stating it clearly that the sit at home order currently going on in the south east region of the country is chasing businessmen away from the region.

Reacting to what Abaribe said, Joe Igbokwe, a well known member of the ruling All Progressives Congress, said,

“Senator Abaribe asked them to tell Ndi Igbo both home and abroad, that sit at home order, by IPOB, ESN and unknown gunmen and other armed groups in Igbo land has chased business men away from the south east.”

On several occasions, IPOB made it known that they are not responsible for this sit at home order which currently going on in the south east region of the country.

Based on this particular statement that came out from Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe, I really think that the time is right for all the leaders of the south east region to sit down and find a lasting solution to this present sit at home order going on in Igbo land, so that people will continue with their normal businesses.
