Tinubu’s impregnable political base has now totally collapsed? — Farooq Kperogi

It appears like Tinubu’s previously impregnable political base has now totally collapsed. This is according to a tweet by Farooq Kperogi, who is a Professor of Journalism and author of Glocal English & Nigeria’s Digital Diaspora.

You will recall that one of Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Loyalist Rauf Aregbesola, the current Minister of Interior, took a swipe on Tinubu  indirectly hehe launched some verbal attacks at the APC National Leader in relation to the political situation in Osun.

Aregbesola  said, “Unfortunately, for him, we had sworn to God that whoever compares himself to him, we’d beg Him to bring down such a fellow.”.

In response to the statement made by Aregbesole, Farooq took to his twitter to air his opinion over Tinubu’s political career.

He sais, ”  It appears like Tinubu’s previously impregnable political base has now totally collapsed. He has lost his mystique & is now openly challenged and even mocked by previous loyalists such as Rauf Aregbesola.”

“His inner circle is peopled by “traitors” who habitually leak unflattering info to the public about his health struggles. And his PR team is a crying disaster of ineptitude. Well, every beginning has an end. I think this is the end for Tinubu, but it’s an embarrassing end.”
