Nigerian Police to monitor activities of police men and people's comments and reactions

Olumuyiwa Adejobi the acting spokesperson for Force Headquarters, Abuja has informed the general public, through his twitter handle, @Princemoye1 that some police officers attached to the Force Public Relations Department, Office of the IGP, Force Headquarters Abuja, have been detailed to always monitor the activities of the police officers and also to take people’s comments on the actions and inactions of the activities of the Nigerian police officers across the country.

Adejobi continued by saying that they will always react to issues and take necessary action as expected. Promising that they will try their best to promote quality service delivery across board.

He said, “We have detailed some officers attached to the Force Public Relations Department, Office of the IGP, Force Headquarters Abuja, to always monitor our activities and peoples comments and reactions on the actions and inactions of policemen across the country.”

“They are to always react to issues and take necessary action as expected. We will try our best to promote quality service delivery across board.”

In another tweet, Adejobi said, “The idea is to get closer to the general public and for better all-inclusive community policing strategies from all angles of our society. We hope to make all Nigerians key into our vision and mission to effectively police Nigeria.”

“The IGP’s vission and mission include Intelligence-led-policing , technology-driven and robust Community Partnership. With these ideas, we will all have a police system we deserve and yearn for. We seek your support and understanding in this regard”
