Former Senator Shehu Sani has described the resignation of Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe from PDP as a serious set back to the opposition party.

Shehu went on to describe Abaribe as an outstanding lawmaker and a strong voice for justice, equity and accountable governance.

Abaribe equally resigned from his position in the national assembly as the Senate Minority Leader.

Sani took to his twitter handle to say that;

“Enyinnaya Abaribe’s reported resignation from the PDP is a serious set back to the opposition.He is an outstanding lawmaker and a strong voice for justice,equity and accountable governance, it’s unfortunate that the Abia issues couldn’t be solved amicably.”

Uncomfortable information have it that Abaribe has purchased a senatorial form from the APGA
