Reactions as over 2 million PVC allegedly dug out from the ground goes viral [VIDEO]

Nigerians are reacting angrily over the viral video of Permanent Voters Cards PVC, of Nigerian citizens seen dug out from the ground.

The location is yet unknown but unconfirmed report said it’s in Port Harcourt and Imo state

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has reacted to a claim that permanent voter cards (PVCs) were found buried in Imo state.

In a viral video online, residents were seen gathered around several PVCs said to have been dug out of the ground.

In the statement released by INEC, which reads in part, it’s says the the commission is not taking the allegation lightly and they have commence immidiate investigation and anyone found in such act, trying to disenfranchise the citizens of Nigeria, will face the law.

“These are people’s original PVCs hidden underground to stop them from voting,” a voice in the video said.

trending online that PVCs were allegedly buried underground in some locations, “including the compound of a high-profile person”.

Already Nigerians on social media are angry over the incident and they are voicing their frustration over it.
