Festus Keyamo, the chief spokesperson for the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council, has criticized the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for making unfounded accusations against Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the PDP’s presidential candidate.
According to information provided by Thisweekng, Keyamo was responding to a request made by the PDP Presidential Campaign Organisation (PCO) for the EFCC, DSS, Police, NDLEA, and the AGF to apprehend and prosecute the former governor of Lagos State for suspected fraud and drug trafficking offenses.
Keyamo responded via his verified Twitter account on Sunday, calling the PDP PCO pathetic and a copycat and pointing out that the opposition party had replicated the APC’s approach.
The PDP, according to the State Minister for Labour and Employment, keeps making the same old, unsubstantiated accusations against Tinubu, adding that it has nothing fresh to offer Nigerians.
According to Keyamo, the current issue the country is dealing with is the accusations that Atiku stole money from the country’s coffers while he was the Vice President by utilizing Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV).
Keyamo Said: “I’m laughing: these PDP fellows are pathetic: I was told they copied our style and all their spin doctors held a joint conference. Copycats. Nothing new. All old, unproven stories against @officialABAT. What is gripping the nation now is Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV). #Atikugate.”
