Student from Delta State Polytechnic who attempted suicide by plunging into the Oghara River rescued (video)

A Delta State Polytechnic student who attempted suicide by jumping into the Oghara River has been saved.

On Monday, January 16, commuters and nearby divers who took rapid action saved the student.
