The Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo has submitted a petition to the Dept. of State Services (DSS) against Mr. Peter Obi and Datti Baba-Ahmed.
This is coming after the Vice Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party, LP, Senator Yusuf Datti Ahmed, has said that President-Elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu did not meet the constitutional requirement to be so declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, and should not be sworn-in as president on May 29, 2023.
Datti Ahmed appeared on Channel’s Television programme, yesterday and said that what Tinubu has as certificate of return is a dud cheque.
Keyamo took to his verified twitter handle to make this known to the public.
Keyamo said,”Earlier today, I submitted a petition to the Dept. of State Services (DSS) against Mr. Peter Obi and Datti Baba-Ahmed to rein them in for their conducts and utterances which bother on incitement & treasonable felony. A call for peace & national healing does not amount to weakness.”
