Doyin Okupe has lamented the ill treatment and lack of respect, accorded to Peter Obi, who is one of the Presidential hopeful of the People Democratic Party, PDP by some of the officials at the PDP National Secretariat.
He made this statement via his tweet handle.
Okupe said;
PDP AND PETER OBI It is a matter for regret that despite Peter Obi’s gentlemanly civil disposition& unwavering commitment to pdp as a party, some officials in the National secretariat of the party dont accord him the respect due to him as the leader of the party in Anambra
Okupe went on to say that the conspiracy is meant to undermine the political base of Peter Obi, in Anambra State.
Okupe, therefore plead for the quick intervention of of the party’s leadership, to ensure things are done properly, in accordance with the constitution of the party
