The Nigerian Televangelist and General Overseer of Dunamis Gospel Church, Pastor Paul Enenche has addressed the misconception surrounding the death of the late Gospel Singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu.
In a Facebook post, Pastor Enenche insisted he knew nothing about the domestic violence Osinachi suffered in the hands of her husband. He said it was after the death of the popular gospel singer that he got wind of how her husband, who is also a Church member of Dunamis Church physically abused her.
According to him, he was in Cameroon for an outreach when he got the news that Osinachi died and her husband was responsible. He said he called her sister to confirmed if the rumors were true and Osinachi’s sister admitted that the rumors were true. But Osinachi begged her not to tell anyone, especially the Church leader that her husband would changed for good.
Pastor Enenche said he also asked Osinachi’s brother and he too confirmed she has been a victim of domestic violence in the hands of her husband for years, but she begged all the members of her family not to tell anybody.
He further added that Osinachi came to his office with her husband to informed him about her chest issue, and after he prayed for her and nothing happened, he referred her to the hospital to be treated and the test confirmed she had chest issues, but Osinachi never told him the cause of her chest problem.
