Rotimi Amaechi Replied TV Correspondent Who Asked If He Was Afraid Of Nyesom Wike

The minister of transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, reacted after a Channel TV correspondent asked if he was afraid of returning to Rivers State because he was afraid of Nyesom Wike.

The All Progressive Congress (APC) National Convention is currently taking place in Abuja, and all party leaders are present to support their preferred candidate for party office.

During the course of the national convention, a correspondent for Channel TV posed a question to Rotimi Amaechi by asking when he would be returning to his home town in Rivers State. The minister, however, stated that his current hometown is Abuja because of his ministerial position.

The correspondent, however, noted that he hoped the minister’s statement was not because he was afraid of the executive governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike. And in reaction to the statement, Rotimi Amaechi claimed that he is definitely afraid of the governor.
